Aim: Build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more at ease in your body and breath.

What to expect:
This traditional style class focuses on the foundations; simple postures, mindful movement, and connecting your breath to your body’s actions. You’ll be guided to move with intention and feel your body settling into poses.

There’ll be a mix of seated and standing poses helping you build strength and mobility. You’ll finish with a relaxing savasana (corpse pose) giving your body time to switch off and absorb the practice.

There’s no pressure to keep up – the class is paced so you can pause and understand each movement, breaks are encouraged, and nothing needs to look a certain way.

This class is perfect for you if:
– You’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break
– You want a slower, more supportive introduction to movement
– You’re building confidence, strength, or mobility at your own pace
– You prefer gentle guidance and a relaxed environment suited to beginners
– You’re looking for a class that feels nurturing rather than intense

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
