One Sunday per Month
Family Yoga is a lovely opportunity for families to connect, calm and nourish through the practice of yoga. This class differs from other family and children’s classes in that it offers a slow therapeutic style rather than high energy games. The class will include the connection of breath, sound and movement in order to relax and renew as an individual and as a family. Our minimum age is 4 (however we can be flexible depending on the child) and there is no upward limit so grandparents or great-grandparents welcome!!

We offer several ticket options to accommodate different family sizes attending this class. You can choose from tickets for 2, 3, or 4 family members. If you require a different ticket option or have any special requests, please feel free to contact us directly – we’ll be very happy to help!

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability.
Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms.
All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.
If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
