What to expect:
This isn’t a high-energy, chaotic kids’ class – rather, it’s a combination of more gentle and dynamic yoga poses. There’s an emphasis on learning and developing simple mindfulness and relaxation techniques which can be continued at home.
Each lesson has a theme and begins with a fun ‘warming up’ of the body to music followed by yoga breathing, simple body tapping or massage to calm the nervous system. Through planned story, rhymes and songs we explore yoga postures and yoga themes and concepts designed specifically to their needs. After storytime we consolidate further all we’ve learnt with creative mindfulness activities.
This is a space for helping children (and adults!) learn how to acknowledge and regulate their feelings while giving adults a chance to properly switch off too. The class is designed to feel nourishing rather than overstimulating, offering a rare opportunity to slow down together.
Expect a warm, inclusive environment where everyone – from little ones to grandparents – is welcome, and where connection matters more than getting anything “right.” No-one is glued to their mats, so don’t worry if your child is an explorer!

New to inspireHER?
No yoga experience is needed for either adults or children. This class is designed to be accessible, relaxed, and welcoming — you can join exactly as you are. You might also enjoy our Family Sound Bath!
We offer several ticket options to accommodate different family sizes attending this class. You can choose from tickets for 2, 3, or 4 family members. If you require a different ticket option or have any special requests, please feel free to contact us directly – we’ll be very happy to help!

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability.
Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms.
All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.
If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
