Aim: Feel more relaxed, mobile and grounded. Leave with a clearer mind and a body that feels stronger and looser.
What to expect:
A welcoming, feel-good class designed to ease you into the week with mindful movement, gentle strength-building, and deep stretches. Expect a relaxed pace, supportive guidance, and a blend of breathwork and meditation to help you fully switch off and reset.
You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that suits your body, with adaptations throughout so you can make the class as gentle or challenging as you need on the day.
You won’t be expected to keep up with anyone else, and breaks are always welcome.
This class is perfect for you if:
– You’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or want a gentler practice
– You want a gentle but effective start to your week
– You feel stiff, stressed, or low on energy

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability.
Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms.
All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.
If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
