What to expect:
A balanced, flowing class in a traditional style where you’ll move through a sequence of poses designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall body awareness. There’ll be a focus on alignment and control while staying connected to your breath throughout.
You’ll flow through familiar yoga poses, holding each one long enough for your body to find equilibrium. There’s a mix of seated and standing postures, followed by savasana (corpse pose) to end the class with relaxation.
Options will always be offered depending on your need for the day, but it sits within our intermediate range of classes. You can expect a slightly more dynamic pace and the opportunity to explore your practice a little more deeply.
This class is perfect for you if:
– You have some yoga experience or feel comfortable trying something a little more dynamic
– You want to build strength and flexibility in a balanced way
– You enjoy a steady flow rather than long holds or very slow movement
– You like being guided but still having space to explore your practice
– You’re ready to progress from beginners classes or maintain an existing practice

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability.
Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms.
All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.
If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
