Aim: Create space in the body and mind, build gentle strength and mobility, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and at ease as you move into the rest of your day.

What to expect:
A thoughtfully paced, accessible flow style designed to help you step away from the busyness of your day and reconnect with your body and breath.

Rooted in traditional yoga, this class moves with intention; linking breath to thoughtfully sequenced movement to build strength, mobility, and awareness – helping your body feel more at ease not just on the mat but how you sit, stand, walk, and move throughout your day.

This class offers a space to drop in, cultivating connection with yourself and the world around you so you can leave feeling grounded, grateful, and ready to step back into your afternoon with clarity and ease. 

Options and guidance are offered throughout, so you can meet your body exactly where it is each day.

This class is perfect for you if:
– You want a midday reset without an intense workout
– You spend a lot of time sitting or at a desk
– You’re looking to improve mobility and body awareness
– You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded for the rest of your day

New to inspireHER?
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You don’t need any prior experience – just come as you are.

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
