Focus: Core Restoration, Mobility, Relaxation
Type: Hatha / Postnatal Recovery
Aim: Rebuild strength safely, ease physical tension, and give you space to breathe, move, and feel like you again.

What to expect:
A calm, supportive class designed specifically for postnatal bodies. We’ll focus on gentle, functional movements to help restore your core and pelvic floor, while easing common aches and tension caused by holding and feeding your baby.

Expect slow, mindful movement, plenty of options, and a relaxed atmosphere where you can go at your own pace. There’s no pressure to “bounce back” – this is about rebuilding strength gradually and kindly.

Babies are absolutely welcome. Whether they’re asleep, feeding, needing cuddles, or having a moment, everything is okay here. You’re free to tend to your baby whenever you need – this is a space that truly gets it.

This class is perfect for you if:
– You’re recently postnatal (approx 6 weeks following birth)
– You want to safely rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
– You’re experiencing tension from feeding, carrying, or lack of sleep
– You’d like to move your body in a supportive, understanding environment
– You want a class where your baby is welcome and you don’t have to worry

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
