Aim: Build full-body strength, improve stamina, and energise both body and mind through a continuous, powerful flow.

What to expect:
This is a dynamic style of yoga designed to get you moving, build strength, and elevate your heart rate.

You’ll flow through a sequence of poses linked with your breath, moving with intention and control. Expect a mix of standing sequences, core work, and strength-building holds that challenge both your body and focus.

While this is a stronger, more energising class, guidance and options are always offered. You’ll be encouraged to work at your own level, adapting movements where needed while still experiencing the benefits of the flow. It’s a powerful way to shake off the week and step into your weekend feeling strong, clear, and recharged.

This class is perfect for you if:

New to inspireHER?
This class sits within our strength range and is best suited to those with some prior movement or yoga experience. However, you don’t need to be “advanced” – just be open to trying and taking the options that feel right for you on the day.

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
