Type: Hatha / Slow Vinyasa
Aim: Build strength and stability through controlled movement, improve mobility, and leave feeling grounded, capable, and calm.

What to expect:
A steady, intentional flow that links breath with movement at a slower pace, giving you time to fully experience each posture. This class focuses on control, balance, and muscular engagement, helping you develop strength without rushing through transitions.

There’ll be thoughtful sequencing and longer holds to give you the space to focus on the sensations you feel, with somatic movement weaved through. The slower pace doesn’t mean easier – you’ll feel the work as you build stability and resilience throughout the body.

There’ll be guidance and options throughout, allowing you to adjust the intensity to suit your body while still being encouraged to explore your edge.

This class is perfect for you if:
– You have some yoga experience and want to build strength and control
– You enjoy a slower pace but still want to feel challenged
– You want to deepen your understanding of poses and transitions
– You’re looking to feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body

New to inspireHER?
While this isn’t a beginners class, options and guidance will be given so you can work at your own level and get the most from your class. This class has the same structure as our Friday morning class, if you want to extend your practice.

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
