Aim: Build full-body strength and a deeper connection to your body through intentional, connected movement and breathwork.

What to expect:
A strong, flowing practice that blends controlled, strength-building movement with moments of fluidity and freedom. You’ll move with your breath, linking postures together in a steady rhythm, while still being encouraged to tune in and respond to what your body needs.

This class balances structure with exploration. Expect powerful sequences designed to challenge your strength and stability, alongside opportunities to adapt, slow things down, or deepen movements where it feels right for you.

There’ll be longer holds to help build muscular endurance and control, as well as dynamic transitions that require focus and coordination. You may move through spirals, twists, and layered sequences that challenge both body and mind, helping to develop resilience in a supportive, intentional way.

The class gradually winds down with grounding, floor-based poses to release tension, reset the nervous system, and allow the body to fully absorb the strength work.

New to inspireHER?
This sits within our strength-based classes and is best suited to those with some experience. Options and guidance will always be given so you can work at your own level, but expect to be challenged and supported in equal measure.

Please ensure any existing injuries are fully detailed in your registration forms and communicated to the facilitator at the start of your session. For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability. 

Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms. 

All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.

All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.

If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
