Aim: Improve flexibility, support joint health, and calm the nervous system through long-held, passive stretches.
What to expect:
Yin Yoga is a slower, meditative style of practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body.
You’ll move through a small number of floor-based poses, holding each one for several minutes. This gives your body time to gradually release tension while encouraging stillness in both body and mind.
Rather than actively engaging muscles, the focus is on softening, surrendering, and allowing gravity to do the work. We focus on how a pose feels – giving you space to tune inwards and notice subtle sensations as the fascia and connective tissue begins to release.
You can expect a calm, unhurried pace with plenty of support through props and guidance, helping you find a version of each posture that works for your body.
This class is perfect for you if:

This class is completely accessible for all levels, including beginners. You don’t need any prior yoga experience, just a willingness to slow down and empty your mind.

For any serious or complex issues, including pregnancy (unless a pregnancy class), please email admin@inspireher.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of booking so we can confirm class suitability.
Do not attend any session when you are feeling unwell, our teachers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying a fever, coughing and cold symptoms.
All classes start on time so please arrive 5 minutes early to get your space. Doors will be locked once class begins and there are no late entries.
All classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, no refunds will be given for any cancellations after 24 hour notice. All cancellations should be done through out teamup booking system, texts and emails will not be answered for this purpose.
If food is provided please let us know any allergies ASAP, we try our best to cater to all needs.
