Workshops The Feel Good Journal Club

Monthly

For when you want to feel clearer, calmer, and a little more like yourself again

Journaling is one of the simplest and most powerful tools for wellbeing. It can help you slow your thoughts down, process what’s going on, and create space between you and the mental noise of everyday life. See things start to make sense, patterns emerge, and you reconnect with yourself as you put pen to paper.

The Feel Good Journal Club gives you a gentle structure and supportive accountability to actually keep going with your journal. A regular habit that supports your wellbeing.

How it works:
This is a rolling 4-weekly club, designed to fit into your life without adding pressure or overwhelm.

When you join you’ll purchase your space via our booking site (£6.50 per month trial price, with a discount for members!) just as you would a class. The ‘class’ to book is on the 1st of the month at 1am – remember this isn’t a live class and nobody will be at the Hub if you turn up in your pjs! In your confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to join our private WhatsApp group – this is where the magic happens.

June  |  July  |  August  |  Sept  |  Oct  |  Nov  |  Dec

Start of Month:
At the beginning of each month you’ll receive an intro video which includes:

  • a gentle grounding exercise
  • an introduction to the month’s theme

You can watch it anytime (and is available in our On Demand area of our booking site) and can come back to it whenever you need to.

Weeks 1 – 3:
Across three weeks you’ll receive 2 journal prompts per week. Some prompts will go a little deeper, some will feel a little lighter. All are designed to help you build consistency and achieve the feel-good feeling that journaling can bring.

Week 4:
In the final week you’ll be guided to gently reflect on your month. A chance to look back and notice what’s shifted as you begin to feel more grounded, self-aware and clear-headed. This is your chance to reset before moving forward.

The vibe:
The WhatsApp group is there for connection and accountability, not pressure. You’re welcome to share your reflections and thoughts, or you can keep everything completely private – it’s up to you! Just being part of the space will give you that gentle nudge towards consistency – and that’s where the benefit comes from.

Why it works:
Because it’s easy to stick to, and good for your head! What better reasons are there?!

Self-care that actually does something.
