In today’s fast-paced world, burnout can creep in quietly—often before we even realise what’s happening. This nurturing and empowering workshop is designed to help you tune into your body’s signals, understand the early signs of burnout, and gently shift back into a place of balance and vitality.

Together, we’ll explore what burnout really is, how it shows up in the body and mind, and why so many of us—especially women—find ourselves running on empty. You’ll learn how to recognise your own personal warning signs and, more importantly, what to do about them.
